im my experience if they aint GOT a job, the dont WANT a job and god knows ive had some right lemons...

sickies on 1st day,
vanish all day with the car,
fell asleep in the car while taking his wife shopping,
took the car and my phone cos they wanted to jack in (no notice) and wanted paying,
same again when i found undeclared damage on a van,
1 wouldnt do a 4am start saying "cant you get someone else to do it"
1 rang me to say the van was back at base (tamworth) but still loaded as he "couldnt find the drop (Leicester - one of the old big linen factories 4 stories tall), i was at the van in 10 minutes and at the drop in 30 minutes

fck employing anyone ever again thanks

Go and see the local bribe taker, I'm sure he's got plenty on his books wanting a job where they can skim the system.

Don't, they run up repair bills, just go flatout everywhere, let all the junkies of the day in the car, and moan if there is anything wrong with the car, in my experience all they are are a liberty, I'm cheaper driving it by myself :? :?

cant argue with that, i used to do a regular run to Manchester, i did it so often i knew how long it took, i also always checked the mpg in the van (full to full), i put a driver on it one day, yes, he was 30 minutes quicker..........and 5mpg worse, doesnt take much to work out he was clogging it
