A. ive worked in quarrys in bannana republics and done 30 hour shifts before, at the moment i do a fair share of 12 hour night shifts that can turn into 15+ so i doubt driving a taxi at night would tax me physically, as for the aggro side of it im not worried.

B. yes im aware of the insurance costs, like i said i have the equity in my current motor for a new octavia insurance and change.

CT

So whats you plan, Hackney or private hire, go it alone of be a base budgie?

No idea yet, before research i liked the idea of putting a few cars to work but looks like thats a no goer.

Private hire renting a radio probably.

You will be suprised what a shift can do to your brain.

On an average day in a provincial town, weekdays/day shift £150 for 10 hours isnt uncommon,
Bit of a generalistaion that !

Round here 10 hours midweek days = £120 (on the meter, deductions to come out of that).
10 hours Saturday nights £150.

Round here can be 80 to 150 For a ten hour day shift (does vary that wildly) weeknights 50 to 100, weekend nights 120 to 250 depending on time of month (pay weekend etc). It all averages out eventually.. until your gearbox goes Or something of course!

Monday to Friday 9-5 will see you go skint in no time.

thats rather a sweeping statement

If I was to say otherwise I would drawing many folks into investing in a business that will see no return.
