I did not meen you......but make sure what your agreement is over the rent on the car...

Winns specialises in injury claims. Also screw everyone for a hire car.

The head office is five mins from me.

My claim is nearly a year old and a no brainer. He drove straight into the back of me but is not admitting liability.

Liability has been accepted by the other party in my claim. it is the hire costs that are in dispute.

Same as my uncle.

Liability accepted ages ago. was given a hire car at a crazy rate.

It is going to court due to the cost of the vehicle.

Winns always do it.
