I was told off the feud between AP and CGULL today whilst in the brighton station i can not believe one of our company directors could get involved in childish school ground name calling surely we are better than this AND what damage could this cause with AC,i hope that some one who has always looked up to the way we run our companywill not nowturn on us.
This is a pitiful time AP that you may have caused, doyou think any DIRECTORS of other companies would have open war fare on the web? i bet they couldnt care less if they were called names, grow up AP and look in brighton station next time you call in you will find this and the other mails up there! Please lets hope we dont get you again your not grown up enough.

just for the record thats not me.
its just that i listen and talk to the lads on the ranks.
scanner just listens to his shadow,
and dont forget it was scanner saying i was lying over the problems cc had with evode.
he said everythink was perfect wih theres.
thats at the same time he only had three lines going inyo the office.
then you have callback it doesnt leave many lines for people.
but as the nta and t&g say scanner knows best.

Mr Cgull, should you get any problems with Mr Scanner and his mob then just send an e-mail giving all the details you know about the Brighton Cartel to enquiries.competitionact@oft.gov.uk or better still ring OFT's cartel hotline 020 7211 8888.

Firstly, your Username gives the impression that you are affiliated on my company (I use the "my" loosely) However, I disregard this impression on the grounds that your anonymity proves nothing. I would even suggest you are cgull in disguise However, your misinformed posting made me chuckle

I defend my right to counter inaccurate criticism against the company thrown by that Cgull character. I find it so sad that he hates us for whatever reason. I actually believes he is jelous. However, he seems to cherish being the oddball.

And I laugh at having to state this...at no time whatsoever have I written anything that could deem offensive in the context of posts to that cgull. If you would actually care to read through any of the postings you see that this is so.

What I found most strange is that cgull is the one who quite happily states that AC was an "idiot" to purchase EvoCab. How dare cgull write such stuff and expect to get away with it. How on earth can cgull come on a forum and knock his own company to bits and then also turn on us and expect people to remain silent. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.. only he doesn't like it.. does he. When someone actually challenges cgull he gets the hump!

Whilst you may think it is "childish to get involved in school ground name calling" I would presume you refer to me me liking the persons alias of "cgull" to living up to the what a seagull is.. vermin. Or have you seen some other name calling anywhere that I am not aware of? If so please reproduce it.

I would hope that you have in fact read all the posts by cgull and would perhaps even have slight empathy with me about what he likes to write in a public form. He cannot expect to write stuff and not get replies otherwise what is the point??? If he beleives he has the right to print whatever he wants then he has to also understand the he has the right to be challanged.. I thought that was what democracy was all about. Or am I missing something here!!!!!!

Don't forget.. that I am quite Happy to be identified whereas the likes of cgull hide behind a cloak of anonymity.

And please point out where on earth it is recorded that any of my posts have casued any damage? You must actully be joking?? Please reproduce it for me to see!!! I really laugh at this!!!! What damage.. and where?? I think you have perhaps read something completely inaccurately and rushed into judgment without any understanding. If this is your own main criticism of my postings then you need to examine all the facts.

I have a lot of respect for what AC has achieved and I would like to think that my correspondence with cgull has enabled AC to be fully aware of what one of his drivers is saying about him and his company.

Do you fully understand that cgull has tried to humilitate AC?? The person that actually provides cgull with work. In fact see it that I have done a great favour in bringing this matter to AC's attention. I am not the guilty party here you know.

Also.. please do not forget that I have published my email address to enable anyone to discuss the matter privately.. and as yet that has not been taken up.

And wow... do you think I am bothered about bits of paper up at Brighton Station.. my goodness .. I'm talk of the town! Wow.. (and you call me childish) I use to feature in the infamous "Pirate Ire and Ackney" many years ago.. now that is really something to brag about.

And remember that I have cgull's full details sent to me which has now been confirmed by three people who seem quite interested in him. However, that information will remain private, but it is clear now that whilst I may be the only person who has made some posts to counter cgull... others are now interested in what he has to say for himself. Perhaps cgull has now gone too far and has affected other people than me.

You state you hope you dont have me next year... Well as you know I am up for re-election in April. I have considered not re-standing as I have other commitments (it is so time consuming being at the beck and call of everyone sometimes 24 hours a day) and I have served a total of about six years for the company (probably why I have gone so grey early:) and I believe that others should have the chance to show what they can do. In fact others should be forced to stand and give the others a break!! But, if the membership prefers to have someone else take my place, should I decide to stand, then that will be the democratic decision.

Anyway.. please feel free to also stick this up at Brighton Station.

This is my last request for GBC to copy and paste these comments, as it isnt really fair to continue to ask him to do it for me. If anyone wishes to discuss the matter further then theyhave to come to the other forum. This is especially for cgull himself who confuses Evo with the phone lines

I am always amazed at the concept of drivers choosing whether to do a job or not.

When Cordic put our system in they had it showing all the job details with an accept/decline option.

You have to be kidding, how would you ever get the local smellies or social services run done?

I think all systems have to have the ability to return a job if a driver can't do it. When it comes to looking at the job and finding you have Mr Smelly then that's a tricky one and comes down to the way that the company sets it's rules up.

Most that I'm involved with do allow drivers to return jobs on an occasion but if they make a habit of it their usually pulled up for it.

Your remarks on Barry are a bit harsh though with all the work he has done for the company over the years. I think it was a case of him being frustrated at having to keep repeating himself to those that sit at the back

Yes we altered the 3 min log in but what fantastic progress has come out of that. We have the backing to now pull in those who are constantly refusing jobs.... are you going to be the first? And that came from the floor. Not only that, did you hear those members calling to name and shame those members who let the side down!! The members are fed up with the slackers not doing their share.

Did you hang around long enough at the end when we had angry members personally telling us to drag the slackers in. Or did you scurry off in discrace?

been a way for a day or so and mr scanner has gone mad.
he was the one who said evode was the biz when he customers couldnt get through.
he was the one who said 6 equals 51.
he waqs the one who said he firm was the top dog yet now allow all to cheat cheat cheat.
now he has decided to be a grass.
the best thing for that firm is for brighton streeamline to take them over. as they will. despite what scanner says.
then get rid of scanner the liar.
