If a job comes in when your driving the device may be in a cradle but you could still be distracted by reading it :wink:

That can apply to any activity in the car, including reading a data terminal that receives information via two way radio. Ultimately, if specific legislation doesn't get you, a charge of driving without due care and attention could be brought.

Just as well my 10 year old nokia 6310i is still working hands free through my blue tooth car radio, and its still on its original battery that only needs charged once a week and if the network goes down i still have my 17 year old two way radio :D
