It's a bit like spotty youths as Coppers.

It's a gentle way of letting you know you're getting old. :-|

that F'ing p*ll^ck of a PH driver at Luton airport today

firstly he barges in on the roundabout leading up to terminal traffic queuing again !!!! then once we get into drop off zone blocks the whole section which includes the shelter with the disabled call button which my wheelchair bound passenger needed to access there were 3 spaces available near that but no he decides he wants one of the ones near the back blocking 2 vehicles trying to leave and me trying to pull in for 3 whole minutes till the space he decided he wanted was available then once i finally get in to unload it turns out his passengers were waiting inside that shelter so if he had gone to one of the vacant spaces he would have been nearer for his passengers

at least i didn't have to pay because I'm sure after his shenanigans and the time needed to unload my passengers I would have been over the 10 minutes ! due to the traffic chaos they had left the barriers open so as to try and clear some of it

Customer who sends an email inquiry this morning for a 12.30 pick up at east midlands airport and then rings up at 12.20 to complain that the car is late and states he ordered it for 12.15. He even disputed the time when I read him his email. He was in the car and leaving the airport at 12.29.
Bloody customers! If only our council would let us carry packages instead of persons.

We have had 4 airport pick ups today and all 4 have given the wrong time for arrival. It is a good job we check these things.

I sometimes wonder how the punters expect us to pick them up. The last one today (tomorrow), the punter told us that the plane lands at 03.30, it is sceduled for 01.55 and is due to land at 01.36. They would have loved that wait.

Parents have asked me to pick them up from the airport, no problem - when ? Thursday night. OK what time ?
'We leave Spain 1930 on Thurs and the flight lands 0020'.

So Friday morning then ? 'No Thursday night'. So you want me to pick you up at 0020 on Thursday, 19 hours BEFORE you leave Spain, not 0020 on Friday ?
'Eh, no it's Thursday night'. But after midnight it's Friday morning - 'Yes but we hav'nt been to bed so technically it's still Thursday' #-o

As long as it isn't a charter flight or an airline that block flight stats getting the data

Most holiday company flights are charter flights. Monarch airways have different flight codes for charter flights and scheduled flights. I can't remember what they are now because the don't fly from east mids.
