The case got adjourned until November. The Council offered her a 6 week suspension instead of the 8 week.

Is she still working ? And are the trade helping with the costs ? Why was it adjourned seems straight forward to me, and have the council sacked the licensing officer yet, he/she is very incompetent and seems full of there own importance. Hitler springs to mind.

Yeah she's still working and the costs are going to be met by the Council when she wins. It got adjourned because the bench didn't know what to do with it. They've adjourned it to Worksop Magistrates Court, why Worksop I'll never know??

Your right about the Licensing officer, he's a Hitler, ex coppers and Licensing officers don't make good people.

They might want the District Judge to do it, and that might be where he/she is listed to sit.
