What's the difference between Lewis Hamilton and the England Team?

By tomorrow Lewis Hamilton will still have a McLaren

The only good thing to come out of this result is that Mclaren and England will part company.

Seriously but,what about Jose for England \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Let's not just look at the negatives from this campaign. There are some positives as well.
Billy Cotton Has found his next circus act.
The BBC have some more clips for the "what happened next" part of a question of sport.
Looking at the pitch, someone will make a fortune from selling grass seed.
Brown paper bags over the head will make a comeback as a fashion accessory.

These are just a few positives. I am sure there will be loads more.

it seems to be the criteria for england goalies these days to make stupid mistakes knowing how important this game was I'm sure most managers would have called up someone really experienced like David James

So we have a European Championships coming up with NO home nation taking part perhaps it is time to revive the Home nation championships every 2 years to coincide with the World cup or Europeans ? Highly unlikely that any of our teams would qualify for those tournaments

As for england managers role well Allerdyce would be a disaster I think paul Jewell or Steve coppell are the right men for the Job neither would allow the star players to dictate positions or tactics and would bring a no nonsense back to basics approach but whats the betting the FA will pay stupid money for a foreign coach

You should forget the he's got to be English bit. We have had all that with the Welsh rugby - Got to be Welsh - got to have passion.

If it were all about passion we would have been world champions for the last 25 years.

There is only one solution - The best man for the job - gets the job. Trust me, it does not matter whether he/she is black, brown, yellow or white, if it brings success you will not look at that persons nationality or colour.

Martin O'Neill would be my choice. He has proven what he can do with a bunch of under achievers when he was the Manager at Leicester City and he went on to have great success with Celtic.

Martin o'neil is another one i think could do well

I should clarify i have no objections to a foreign coach its just that many of the names being touted have had NO experience of dealing with premiership players and that could be a major problem if they come in expecting to get premiership players to play Italian or Spanish style

What England needs is a manager who can get English players to play as well at International level as they can in the premiership and get the balance of the team right

If I had the job the first thing i would do is get rid of the over payed Nancy boys becks for starters.
Then go round and watch all the prem clubs and all the lower divisions to see whats what then select a new team altogether.
They would not be payed as they are payed by there own clubs, they would need to play with the same pride as the Scottish team
