yodel trying to deliver an urgent part for one of our cars to a garage at 19.45 then sayingon the tracking that the customer was on holiday. You can't even ring them to sort anything out. it is out for delivery again today, what is the betting they don't arrive before the garage closes for the bank holiday weekend. Bloody bank holidays, they want banning altogether.

F*ckin East Midlands Airport is a joke, flight lands at 13:50, passengers come out @15:10. Customs was a joke, road works on the M1 and on the A453. Whoever signed the works off to start at the same time as each other wants rogering with 12inch of black man slack. I'm not going there anymore it's just not worth it. If East Midlands can't process the passengers quick enough they shouldn't be handling the aircraft.

I haven't had it that bad yet but it is getting worse. Fortunately we have a couple of routes to the airport that avoid the M1 and the A453.

That's how to do it. At East Midlands the customs can't cope, then again it is carried out by G4S.

It's a nightmare at the moment, what with the roadworks and the lack of customs it's a royal mess. They were queuing right out on to the apron waiting to get through customs.

They have been known to stop passengers from getting off the plane until there is space in passport control. My wife was kept onboard for 20 minutes in January. Ryan air must love them.

15 years ago you could stop outside BHX arrivals (or departures) by the door, wander in, the parking police would look the other way, give you 15 minutes with no charge

Now............... its like they are doing us a favour letting us take business thier way

Another one passing their problem onto us;

Pickup from local hospital, security bring this guy out who's been wandering round all day since being discharged 'he's alright-you won't have any trouble'.
Asks where he's going, gives the name of a street that doesnt exist. There is a road with the same name but it's road not street, so I asks if that's the one he wants - he still insists it's xx street so I describe where the road is and it seemed that's where he wanted.

On arrival, wrong address, still insisting it's the one that doesn't exist. Eventually we end up going back to the hospital, £15 fare - doesn't have any money. The police and security where there so had a word with them 'again ?, he's already run up a £70 fare on the previous taxi we called for him' (who also brought him back to the hospital) !!!!

So knowing he's got no money, doesn't know where he's going and has already done a cab out of £70 YOU CALL HIM ANOTHER TAXI :evil: :evil: :evil:

Trying to get rid of the old £1 coins before they cease to become legal tender on 15th October.
Yet all I'm getting is the old ones, since the new ones came in I've only had 10 !

Are the banks taking the old ones out of circulation as they are paid in or still dishing them out, would have thought they are now only giving the new ones back out ?

They should be only giving out the new ones.
