I didn't realise it was legal to be able to have recording microphones in your office to listen to what is said by people who are in there or indeed for that matter outside your office where the general public are queuing for a taxi. I also thought that if you tape your telephone calls you're suppose tell the person on the phone that "this call maybe recorded to improve customer training".
Does anybody know what the laws are regarding this kind of snooping?
