I know of a case were a hackney owner who had a few hackneys, and was taking one for testing, the council tryed to say the he could not drive as he did not hold a hackney drivers licnce. it whent to appeal to crown court and they wone dose any one know were i can get that case from. thank you |

it whent to appeal to crown court and they wone dose any one know were i can get that case from. thank you The only folks allowed to drive hackneys are hackney drivers licensed in the same area as the vehicle.
