All taxis with Halda meters in the Borders will have to use F1 all day today until 6 PM as the Christmas tariff came on at midnight instead
Using F1 will run the meters at the normal day time rate, I wonder how many will not notice

Its after 10 PM normaly, and the diference is £0.05p, so instead of going up in 10p clicks it goes up in 15s, with a £3.00 start at both times

I think a view needs to be taken over what money you would gain via the extras over what punters you will lose over the extras. :?

The normal fair is from 6 Am to 10 PM at £2.00 plus 10p a click from 10PM to 6 AM £3.00 and 10p a click
xmas from 6PM right through to 6AM on the 27th £3.00 and 15p a click, the same at new year,
we dont charge anything extra from bank hols
2 tariffs all year, saves baffling the punters with a tariff sheet that Einstein would have been pleased with, unlike some areas where the tariff sheet changes sometimes 3 time a night
There are no extras for this that and the other either
