I'll start it. 1: To work more, although the economy will make sure I keep to that one. 2: To eat less sheite when out and about and stick to healthy options. 3: To make more of an effort to get on with Mr Thomasthetaxi.
4: To finish the house roof in Sweden . . 3 years is becoming a bore.

If you stick to no. 3, the rest of us won't need to make any resolutions!!!
Except, maybe, Mr Thomashe taxi! |

Chuck the greens in the bin and eat more chippy's and pies Quote: 3: To make more of an effort to get on with Mr Thomasthetaxi. What about the other 2 or 3 names he uses Quote: 4: To finish the house roof in Sweden . . 3 years is becoming a bore.

Well, Unbeknown to the Drivers on here me and Mr GBC are already getting on fine now. Not being offended by skippy's insinuation, I do have a sense of humour but only one Identity. My job is almost done now, as the ball is definitely rolling and I think the time is right for the trade to stage an almighty comeback this year. I have enjoyed intelligent debate on here and I must thank you all for putting up with the other rubbish. But I gained a lot of valuable information and advice from both sides of the trade. Plus tonns of content for my Blog. In the coming year I will not have the time to post but will still look in from time to time. This is a great forum and the Admin should be very proud. My resolution this year will be to carry on fighting for unity between the trade associations as that's the only way the London Taxi trade can go forward. It will be a tremendously hard task and will by time consuming, but there are a lot of great drivers out there who are of a similar mind frame that have pledged support. I would Like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year. regards James Thomas AKA thomasthetaxi |

I promise to not smoke a single cigarette this year. I promise not to drink any alcohol whists in this country. I promise to still be a pain to those out there who think this trade is full of folks prepared to bend over and take anything. And finally I promise to be nice to people who deserve to be treated nicely.

I am going to keep up my keep fit regime 4. To try and have less blonde moments 5. Last but not least I am definately going out more often I have 4 wardrobes of clothes and several pairs of shoes that haven't seen the light of day or night in god knows how long (apart from the other week) I have a 60/40 chance of keeping at least 50% of these

I'm resolute about the resolution that I am not going to make any resolutions about resolving to do or not to do something.... There...I think that covers all the angles!! |
