From Carlisle I'd do it on day rate......£625.00?

Grandad will tell you, apparently he knows more about routes in London than we do.

That’s after he's said 'Local or tourist' for the 23rd time. :-|

To answer your question, a real Taxi will cost about £24 from Euston to The Docklands.

If your staying at the Britannia, they'll put you in a Minicab, they'll charge you about the same again for a 2 mile journey, again a real Taxi will be about £10 - £12 depending on how busy the tunnel and approach to the O2 is.

Here's an even better hint though, leave about 15 minutes early, it's chaos trying to leave the venue whether you're using the tube or taking a cab.

Someone suggested to me a while ago that the ferry was a good move. :-k

Are we on for a date?

Lol, I have no idea what I'm working that week, I'm still trying to make my mind up about tomorrow. Suffice to say you won't have a problem trapping a cab in February.

You gave him a quote, he excepted your quote, I'm afraid contractual law means you must now fulfill that contract. :D

No he doesn't. For the contract to exist there must also be the payment of a consideration.
