Surely "on" or "In" would apply to the above Rule...in the same if your on a ship you need'nt have to be on deck or on a plane you need'nt be wing walking...a wee bit of common sense applys in how you interpret such things...

your examples should read ONBOARD, not ON....

and when did LA's start using common sense?

Exactly my point...Onboard means just that, to Travel On Something, whether it be a Car, Aeroplane, Boat or Train....u would still say On or onboard even though in reality you are usually riding within such vehicles...

Then you would have to be a Police vehicle or a Fire control / command vehicle, which I believe your not.
