Can anybody tell me if in the eyes of the divorce court a hackney plate has any value.

I suppose your business does have a value, even if the plate is worth-less, but I doubt the court could insist you sell/transfer the license.

Still if we all de-limited, then your ex would get f*** all. :wink:

im not that sure about that.
My mate lost nearly half his business (not taxi) when he gained his freedom. And that was the tool of his trade.
I think darren is doomed. :sad:

I also think Darren is doomed, his wife :evil: will most surely know the value, plate or earnings,


A couple of divorces where we are have ended up with the plates being sold up, or in another case where the plate owner had 2 plates the wife took one :shock:
