You don't have to do school contracts you know. It is your choice. If you are not happy with the terms and conditions just don't do the work and leave it to another company who will gladly exept the terms and conditions.

I had one child push the door open into the wing of a car coming up the side of me. I got the damaged car repaired and claimed it back from the council as I argued the escort did not have proper charge of the child. |

I thought it was illegal to use child locks on a hackney or private hire car? The passenger has no means of escape in the event of an accident if the child locks are on. |

Ive never heard of it...ive had more problems wi school kids trying to jump out before the vehicle actually stops though..if they were unsafe these kiddy locks why would the manufacturers fit them as standard on every vehicle? I dont use for adults though..its all done from a flick of the switch on my cars |

With child locks the exterior handles still work. |

I use to have the offside child locks switch on, when I had a saloon car. It stops the persons opening the car door onto traffic
once i had a bloody bike rider trying to ride his bike though the gap of my car and the park one, when i was double park. The child open the door to get out, well it stop that bike quick with the inside of the door |
