Plated an American police cruiser, as a PH.
I was at a set of lights in town and it was waiting at another set when I spotted the orange PH plate on the front I managed to get behind it and it had the one on the back as well It still has the police lights the cage behind the driver, in fact it has everything except the shot gun missing from its holder behind the driver I recently looked around this car when it was at a cafe and its a 100% genuine x New York police car. Bloodknock will most probably have seen this car on his rounds |

That to me is a REAL private hire, like limos etc. The others are just pretend PH and pretend Taxi thus making drivers very confused as to what they actually are, but, that's no excuse to behave like a HC and pick up flaggers

Put it writing as a complaint to the Chief Constable, you may wish to suggest they / he's been using them to deceive the Public thats he's the Police. That would be naughty. |

I think what the old boy is saying is that there is nothing to suggest the driver of the vehicle has been doing what you described.
