I think it's terrible that it has to be drivers that do this that is what the council are supposed to do, they need a kick up the bum :shock:

The second vehcile, according to the wording in the video was NOT a licensed minicab, yet the wording at the beggining of the video it said that it was a minicab.

The next time a passenger (especially a woman) is assaulted by getting into an illegal minicab I hope everyone on this forum sends the BBC and their regional ITV news stations the links to the YouTube videos.
With words to the effect, 'we know what been going for for years but the local council are not interested'

Shame the councils into action.

Hi everyone, I have missed you all but been a bit busy with the Launch of the LTCPR 8)

The second vehicle was an illegally mini cab. Legal or illegally it is still a mini cab in London.
That's how they tout, they pull up and shout "Mini cab". That's what they call themselves.

On this video I was accused by a mini cab driver of speaking too violently to the driver who wanted to park on this working Taxi rank while his passenger went and got a Kebab.
