Do I have to carry one per carriage or one per horse??

I think it's enough to feed the horse or horses on their journeys so perhaps it depends on how greedy the horses are |

I had a punter one night shouted at me from the back seat "Stop the f'ing Car!!" She then opened the back door and squatted on the sill and just let it all go Better than on the back seat I suppose

Well maybe it's just me or maybe I have been fortunate previously but I wouldn't dream of peeing anywhere other than in a loo and preferably with andrex quilted

So I do believe it is one bale of hay. I also think it is no longer a requirement but I could be wrong |
