To All Members National Taxi Association Region 2 16th February 2009 Dear Sir/Madam NOTICE OF REGIONAL MEETING Arrangements have been made for a meeting of the No. 2 Region, and this will take place on Tuesday 3rd March 2009. The venue for the meeting is The Auctioneer, Botcherby, Carlisle. The Auctioneer is situated on Montgomery Way, which is the first left turn off the A69 Warwick Road when heading west towards Carlisle City Centre from Junction 43 of the M6. Enclosed please find a direction map provided by Carlisle Association. Ample free parking is available at the premises. Delegates are requested to assemble from 10.30 a.m. onwards, to enable the meeting to commence at 11.00 a.m. prompt. Lunch has been organised by Carlisle Association and will be served at approximately 12.15 p.m. It is hoped that Paul Brent, Chairman of the National Taxi Association, will be attending the meeting, therefore I am looking forward to a good attendance from your Association at Carlisle.
