how are the guys doing with the new mercedes taxi in london. any probs etc and any idea how many is on the road.......... i will get the mercedes m8 version soon since my tx4 is starting to cost to much money. |

There are 2 down here in the Borders, they have never gone wrong yet, 1 has done 300k 55 plate the other was at 56k on an 08 plate the last time I checked |

There is 1 down here and it's currently off the road because of a door issue, I believe it fell off, wasn't covered under warranty and is costing over a grand. Heard this second hand so not sure how accurate it is. |

i will get the mercedes m8 version soon since my tx4 is starting to cost to much money. So far, so good, there seems to be a lot of positive feedback on the Vito model. Time will tell though, I think a couple of years down the line we shall know a bit more about their suitability as Cabs in London. |

Excuse me, but I covered nearly 21K last year. Admittedly I live 35 miles outside London, but none the less.

So do we, but most of his hires are round the corner those Londoners are lazy. Most of mine are over 10 miles, but once in a blue moon I get a return. And I have had to learn a 36 mile radius |
