I have just come off the phone from a company called Drive Assist who deal with insurance claims following an accident. It may be just me but the music playing whilst I was on hold was Queen with "Only the good die young". I sugested to them that this may be inapropriate for some of the people that would be ringing them.

Maybe so, but if you were ringing them to sort out something following an accident in which your young child had been killed.........................

No, I was not offended Toots, I found it very funny when I was listening but I can't imagine how a grieving parent would feel if they came accross it. The woman on the phone that I spoke to didn't know what music was playing until I told her. I would guess that it wasn't planned that way, it just happened.

So the chances are that a person who has been involved in a RTA involving a death will phone up Drive Direct after the accident?

FFS your being pedantic.
