I have just come off the phone from a company called Drive Assist who deal with insurance claims following an accident. It may be just me but the music playing whilst I was on hold was Queen with "Only the good die young". I sugested to them that this may be inapropriate for some of the people that would be ringing them. |

No, I was not offended Toots, I found it very funny when I was listening but I can't imagine how a grieving parent would feel if they came accross it. The woman on the phone that I spoke to didn't know what music was playing until I told her. I would guess that it wasn't planned that way, it just happened. |

So the chances are that a person who has been involved in a RTA involving a death will phone up Drive Direct after the accident? FFS your being pedantic. CC |
