Im booked to pickup a "Sir" tomorrow from BHX, do i courtsey, kneel, bow or just doff my cap? can i be thrown in the tower if i get it wrong? |

Just treat him like any other, except rather than addressing him as Mr Smith, you call him Sir John. I'll guarantee you won't get a tip!! |

I think 'Sir' will be probably more upset if you actually open your mouth like you do on here.
