Fully expecting something on the scale of the Poll Tax Riots of 1990, I got my LTI / PCO approved window sheilds and windscreen protector dusted down and fitted, all the doors locked, fire extinguisher checked, ASP Baton oiled and tested before heading into London.
Not a thing, never even saw a 'scrungie' until late in the evening, even then it was a just a whiff of B.O as I came over Blackfriars.
Half the trade seemed to have stayed at home, so it was good day all around. The G20 delegates seem to cause more chaos with security closures.
