Has anybody had to renew their insurance lately, and if so where they told to expect a 10 per cent increase.. :oops:

I was talking to a driver today who has just got a quote from the same company, for the same car and only 3rd party, fire & theft and it has shot up from £750 to nearly £2,000 :shock:

Just renewed for my 2 cabs...TX2 & TX1 and was much cheaper than last year....Try TradeX insurance.

Mine went from 199 a quarter to 213 on last renewal, but that did include screen and a drop from 400 to 250 excess and local recovery with Westminster, I had a quote from Cabshield 6 mths ago for 715 pa for a years cover, but as I'm trying to decide if to sell up I only wanted the 3 mth cover.
