I don't see why they shouldn't if they're on double yellow lines, but, I wonder if they'll pay it. It would be different if they were on an emergency call out or something like that.......

How many parking tickets are just placed under the wiper? Aren't they usually stuck to the windscreen in one of them yellow plastic bags. This is just a set up photo. The Nottingham clampers once asked me if they could take a picture of themselves "putting a clamp" on one of my limos. I let them have their bit of fun, again the car was on double yellows but in the MOT test station parking area. It was all set up just for the photo.

Our local plods ALWAYS park on the taxi ramk when they heve their once every 3 months blitzes of issuing parking tickets !!!

Not that it makes a bit of difference to me now that i'm barred from the rank

Probably Westminster.

Decriminalised parking under Traffic Management Act 2004. Councils employ Civil Enforcement Officers to issue tickets...90% of which are very badly worded and can be overturned on appeal.
