1]Its tough but I would answer all the questions truthfully. The day your plate due you tell them your home address at the time[old one]. You can always adjust this afterwards, but the important thing is that its correct at the time of renewal. Honesty does sometimes pay Plate expires 31st August

2]Insurance; you give them new address assuming you have deffo moved by then.
3]Plate; You give them new address for plate & then while you there you simply update your badge application. The rest should take care of itself.
Oh and by the way check your new post code doesn't cost you extra insurance premium. Hope that all helps.
