has TDO been off line for nearly 24 hours, I could not log on at all????

Yes, but when Network Rail uses Rail Replacement Buses because the rail lines are undergoing essentail maintenance, they let their passengers know in advance.

That would involve you actually being on facebook in the first place and I have to say if all of TDO was on facebook I think I might have to start behaving myself there as well as here and no more mentions of the 'naughty step'. My friends would think I'd been kidnapped and replaced by an angel O:)
