If anyone is interested I had a software guy build me an online quotation system which takes two points, calculates the mileage between the two points and gives a price based on a mileage rate. The system is currently located at www.nicksexpress.com If you would like this system for your own website I would be glad to customise it for you for £10.00 I can also host it on my server and register a domain name for you if you require. I think a lot of the firms down here use an in built quotation system, and the one off lads use Multi-map or the AA for the longer distance stuff. |
