as paid up members none of us know whats going one, oh yes we get the odd email with which road is to be closed

some meetings with the Council are not been known to us, even the association secretary doesn't know whats going on, never gets to meetings, but then again he has other interest as a sounds engineer

led to believe everything has gone back to normal, square one, with the Tom Browne case being in limbo, and the Council are having a re think

even with the last lot of YTA hierarchy you at least knew something

to many taxis not enough work, something has to give,

i do see a ray of hope, the building workers, mainly the joiners who drive cabs seem to have gone back to their day jobs

I am informed that they should have met with the council last Tuesday but nobody turned up, apart from doubling the cost of membership and halving the number of members I fail to see what improvements they have made.

Yes but at least the last committee turned up for meetings. I'm sure the date of the meeting was well known to all. The new ITA turned up I gather, so it was a waste of their time and the council who attended. Obviously our new YTA think they can do what they like. I have a feeling they can't, who has the power? I for one would like the old regime back, at least we heard what was happening with them.

Every member received 4 newsletters a year through the post and was kept informed, it seems all this new lot wanted was to get rid of the old secretary, the AGM is in February, lets see what happens then, it could be very interesting.
