To get into this country, or if arrested for ANY offence, there should be a mandatory DNA sample taken and the person held till the results are passed through all the databases, too many can hang under a truck and be here inside a day ot two, and we would never know who they are

I dont actually disagree with you.....the system is screwed up across Europe and we should be really concerned about licensing any non UK national as a taxi or PH driver.

I was merely pointing out that we have plenty of villains too.
