The supply of services or goods and, in some circumstances, reciprocal arrangements can also constitute reward', should be used by all licensing officers when interpreting driving & carrying passengers for reward! |

FFS there must be around 20% of the population that does that while the mum goes to work or gran or grandad or other members of family looks after the ankle biters, if they didn't there would be more on the dole |

Read the article & it says the ones you mention are exempt. It's friends helping friends out that is in question. Perhaps if the friend that was minding the children paid the parent for the privilege of child-minding, it might just f*ck these jobsworths. |
