Man fined for exposing himself A 25-YEAR-old Holly Hall man has been fined a total of £260 after exposing his genitals with intent to cause someone alarm. Scott Gerald Portman, of Stourbridge Road, appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court on September 25, when he was fined £65 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. The defendant was also fined a total a further £195 for another three counts of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Also in court on September 25: Michelle Louise Bond, aged 38, of Southalls Lane, Dudley, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit. Liaquat Ali, aged 51, Fenton Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £90 and ordered to pay £500 costs and £15 costs for plying for hire without a hackney carriage licence on October, 24 2008. The defendant was also fined £140 and ordered to pay six licence penalty points for driving without insurance on April, 18 2008. He was also fined £90 for plying for hire without a hackney carriage licence on April, 24 2009. The defendant was also fined £140 and handed eight licence penalty points for driving without insurance on April, 24 2009. In court on September 21: Emma Louise Bradley, aged 25, of Cambridge Road, Holly Hall, was handed a 12 month supervised community order, as well as being ordered to pay £125 compensation and £75 court costs, for assault by beating. Thomas Joseph George Mills, aged 18, of Highfield Road, Dudley, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £40 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance. The defendant was also fined £35 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive. He was also fined £35 for failing to wear protective headgear on a motorcycle and £50 for taking a vehicle without the owners consent. John HAWKINS, aged 37, of Himley Road, Dudley, was ordered to pay £80 court costs and £15 costs for driving without insurance. The defendant was also fined £100 and disqualified from driving for 46 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit. Kenneth Matthew Jinks, aged 25, of St Johns Road, Kates Hill, was handed a 12 month community order, as well as being ordered to pay £100 costs for fraud by false representation. In court on September 22: Brett Anthony Anslow, aged 25, of Four Winds Road, Sledmere, was jailed for six weeks, for driving while disqualified. The defendant was also handed eight licence penalty points, for driving without valid insurance. Mohammed Mehrban, aged 39, of Ivanhoe Street, Dudley, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £295 costs for plying for hire without a hackney carriage licence. The defendant was also fined £184 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without valid insurance. In court on September 23: Nathan Thomas Anderson, aged 26, of St Georges Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge, for obstructing a constable in the execution of duty. The defendant was also fined £85 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance. The defendant was also fined £35 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive. Russell Phillip Smith, aged 28, of Lakeside Court, Brierley Hill, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £24.95 compensation and £40 court costs for stealing two joints of meat, worth £24.95 from ASDA. Darren Lewis Woodall, aged 22, of Watsons Green Road, Dudley, was handed a community order, and ordered to pay £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for six months, for driving while disqualified. In court on September 26: John William Conroy, aged 31, of Belle Isle, Brockmoor, was jailed for four weeks for destroying £400 worth of windows belonging to Dudley Council. Andrew Leslie Griffin, aged 28, of Dibdale Court, Lower Gornal, was jailed for four weeks for stealing steak to the value of £38 from Sainsburys. Jessica Louise Miller, aged 25, of Dibdale Court, Lower Gornal, was handed a 12 month supervised community order, for being passenger in a vehicle without the owners consent. The defendant was also handed a 12 month supervised community order, as well as being ordered to pay £19 compensation for stealing steak to the value of £38 from Sainsburys. She was also handed a 12 month supervised community order, as well as being ordered to pay £20 compensation for stealing four joints of meat worth £20 from Somerfield. |
