Right you lot . . .pardon me using the forum for a bulletin board, but its the only way I can think of to contact another member, here in the states for a visit. . . .This is actually a message for Alex, who should be currently engoying 72 degree days, sand, surf, and bikinis . . .(not to rub it in, or anything) . . . and I guess its actually 70 degrees with the wind chill . . .(Brrr had to put on a T-shirt . .. rough this fall weather in Florida, it is)

Alex, I got your message but your phone number did'nt record on my cell . . . .please call again . . .

Why not ask some of the members on here, that are mechanics like MR T if they want a holiday, its cheaper for you to buy the air ticket

I have seen MrT on holiday and the last thing I would trust him with would be a corkscrew.....nevermind a tool set.

Did you know any one from the Carstairs area of Scotland?

I'm afraid your talkin bout a family member, we don't exactly brag about . . .that wud be my grandfather, and his parents were the ones who emigrated to the states . . .some say he must be Irish actually, that a Scot could'nt possibly hold that much Blarney . . .the lowlands and Western highlands, was all I recall . . .Sorry mate eusasmiles.zip

Well, we linked up . . .Allan and Judy of York . . .what a thrill for them, come to the states on holiday and talk about WORK! Actually they are a fun and amusing couple . . .heres a pic (Judy's the pretty one . . .Allans the one who's expression says "Damn . . .I could be FISHIN!!!!") Image

It was interesting that there were more similarities, than differences in the trade . . .
took em on a fair . . .I don't think they'll be riding with me agin . .
(you'd think they would'nt know US taxi laws . . .there sure seemed to grasp that I broke a bunch of em!!)
Bought us lunch, and brought goodwill presents . . .all in all a fun day . . .and NATO's still intact . . . .sweetImage
