A taxi driver was found dead in his cab early this morning. Suicide that worked too well. He was found by a workmate of mine decapitated. He tied wire round his neck, attached it too a parking meter and floored the accellerator. Thank god I had a day off today it could have been me making the discovery. Very sad for the guy but very selfish aswell. A lot of people are seriously shook up. There must be other alternatives to suicide, tragic.

A few more details........

A DECAPITATED man’s body was found in a private-hire car on the car park of Ellesmere Port Market.
A shocked member of the public alerted police to the scene at 6.45am on Tuesday, when Stuart Lester, of Horstone Gardens, Great Sutton, and believed to be in his late 30s, was found dead in the driver’s seat.
It is understood Mr Lester was employed by Cozey Cars Ltd, based in Station Road.
Police, a fire engine and an ambulance all arrived in Market Square and Mr Lester was confirmed dead at the scene.
The car park was quickly sealed off, with all entrances manned by police to keep people away.
Police covered the car’s windows with sheets where it had crashed into a small bollard.
Cheshire Constabulary spokeswoman Shelley Williams said: “At this time the cause of death is not being treated as suspicious and a coroner’s file will be prepared.”
Yesterday one of Mr Lester’s neighbours said: “It’s a real shock. Police called early this morning to his house and have been calling at neighbours’ houses too. He was a quiet man who kept himself to himself.”
Another neighbour said: “This has come as a terrible shock. What a shame.
“It’s a close-knit community here but we didn’t know much about him.”

Absolutely horrible. The poor guy must have suffered terribly for him to consider that this was the way out of his problems.
May he rest in peace.
