Pervert got sex kicks in slurry A man who was found pleasuring himself in a muckspreader at a Redruth farm has been sent to prison. David Roy Truscott, 40, of Pengegon Parc, Camborne, was given a 16-week prison sentence last week after pleading guilty to the harassment of Clive Roth and his family at Woodbury Farm, Tolgus Mount. Magistrates in Truro were told that between December 23, 2005 and August 22 this year 40-year-old Truscott had masturbated in the muck spreader while he was fully aware this caused the family distress. In a previous case in 2004 Truscott pleaded guilty to burglary and three offences of arson at the same farm, when the court was told how he liked to strip down to his waist in manure for sexual reasons. Police caught Truscott at the farm at Tolgus Mount, near to where he used to live, wearing shiny red shorts and rubber gloves. At the time magistrates were told that the farmer first became suspicious that something odd was going on when he found a water trough filled with manure and tissues scattered around. He then saw the shape of what appeared to be someone’s bottom and two hand prints where manure had been piled up. On another occasion it was obvious someone had been playing in manure and tissues and plastic gloves were found nearby. After catching Truscott at the farm, police searched his house and found women’s clothing, mainly underwear, with containers of liquid sludge and hard mud. Truscott told the officers that he had 360 pairs of women’s knickers and he liked to sleep in women’s pyjamas. He had taken women’s clothing with him to the farm as part of his excitement. He was also convicted starting a fire which damaged farm buildings and killed a cow. Despite magistrates being told at the time that this was a case they would be “unlikely to come across again,” last Tuesday Truscott found himself back in court for the same behaviour. http://www.falmouthpacket.co.uk/news/45 ... in_slurry/ |

Kenneth Brangan, 63, was convicted of one count of indecency and sentenced to 12 months in prison. Southwark Crown Court heard that he hid his palm-sized spying device in a newspaper as he stood at the bottom of a Tube station escalator to select victims. He was spotted by a concerned commuter, reported to Leicester Square station staff and detained until police arrived. When officers checked his background they found he had been freed from jail just five weeks earlier after serving six months for a similar offence at another underground station. Brangan, whose criminal career stretches back more than four decades, admitted one count of indecency while on licence last month. Sentencing, Judge Christopher Hardy said while in prison he should "think long and hard" about his future. "Your Honour, I won't buy any more mirrors and I will always travel on the bus in future" The defendant interrupted to promise: "Your Honour, I won't buy any more mirrors and I will always travel on the bus in future." The judge continued: "If you offend like this again you will almost certainly go back to jail. You must get a grip on yourself." Mervyn Burton, prosecuting, told the court Brangan, of Wilton Square, Islington, north London, first fell foul of the law in 1965 with various "crimes of dishonesty". He committed his first sex offence - an indecent assault - 17 years ago. He has also been convicted of indecent exposure, outraging public decency and a string of disorderly behaviour offences. The barrister explained that clearly undeterred by his most recent prison sentence the defendant had armed himself with the mirror and carefully positioned himself at the bottom of the escalator. "He was seen looking up the skirts of women. He had concealed the mirror in a newspaper." |

There are just so many opportunities for double-entendres, jokes, comments etc. on these stories, that the only dignified thing I can do, is to "walk away", so to speak.

Not exactly the wisest words that I have heard from a Judge  .
It reminds me of the joke about an old guy up in court for importuning, when asked to give his version he had a bad bout of coughing. The judge being a very helpful man asked him would he like a fisherman's friend! to which the old guy replied, umm no thank you m'lud I am already in enough trouble as it is.
