Well all the monthlies have been paid this week so it's made it a decent weekend thank F**K. It's been a brutal January down here. I don't know about the rest of the country? |

Started ok(ish), middle absolute pony, last week not bad at all. Even if I am presently looking at a front flat tyre, and the wheel-brace supplied couldn't undo a button.
Thank the lord for the AA.

Well, I've just completed my best month this year!!
No, seriously, it has been my best month this fiscal year, ie since April. Two other months, I worked longer hours and a further two months, I worked hours that were within ten of January. So, on that basis my efforts have not been exceptional. I think it may have been the weather that helped a lot, although I haven't noticed the traditional seasonal 'death' of the trade with cars hanging of the back of ranks for hours on end. Having said all that, this morning was cr@p. I didn't fall into any of the regular Sunday morning work! Hope you get your car sorted quickly, Sussex. Wife's car broke a coil spring yesterday and took out a brand new tyre with it. Thankfully, she noticed it as she was pulling away so no other damage. |
