At least the ambulance was at the scene as it happened. Response time 2 seconds; that'll look good for the health service records. |

He was unsighted until the truck moved over by which time it was too late to take avoiding action. Was the car too close to the truck? Edit: Another look reveals it was the second car that hit him! My personal opinion is that the copper could have positioned himself a bit better. |
