Post subject:  A Mission Statement from Brum's Head of Licensing

At the bottom of an email I have just opened from Brum's Head of Licensing, I read with interest the following;

Mission Statement - "Fair Regulation for all - achieving a safe, clean, green and fair city for residents, business and visitors"
