I have a Ticket for 1st minister's Question time at the Scottish parliament on thursday.I was wondering if you had an opportunity to ask Alex a Question what would it be :?:

I would ask him how high would the wall be when we get independence
On a serious note i would ask him to have a review of the 1982 act and let taxi drivers have an input in any new legislation :)

How's about asking him where the toilet is, then telling the press you berated him over his team performance?

I would ask him... would he not think it reasonable that licensing offices should be trained and have qualifications to one standard, thus enabling them to carry out their duties in a uniform and competent manner.... rather than being promoted from chief rat-catcher to chief licensing officer....

How high would Scottish taxes be if they had free reign to change them?

They already have the power to vary income tax by 3p either way.
This has never been done.

We do.
It's called Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Remind me, where exactly is Greenwich?

BST is why you have to keep changing your clocks. I would personally not miss BST if it were abolished. At your more southern latitude, you would notice the effect more than us.
The Europeans change their clocks by an hour during summer as well BTW.
