I've been with Wilsons Insurance Group for some time now but their premium has gone up by £150 compared to last year despite having 10+ years NCB :shock:

I'm located in Manchester and was wondering what insurance provider drivers in Manchester are using?

Same here.....went up about the same amount....cab a year older and no claims.

Mine has gone up from £623 to £837 for public hire with 8 yrs ncd and no points absolutely crazy. Insurance companies are telling me that a number of providers have stopped quoting for taxi/private hire and a number have left the market altogether. A 40% hike across the board seems to be the norm :cry:
