They don't have to cost a fortune though, many people opt for the cheapest option available for various reasons. For instance, my mum was an agnostic, whatever one of them is, For her funeral her original idea was to be cremated in a cardboard coffin without any fuss. Jut taken the crematorium in the back of an estate car and job done. I did manage to convince my dad and sister that it would be more appropriate to actually have a Hearse for this but this was the only concession that was allowed. No funeral director, no pall bearers, just the car and driver. Only one wreath. Because my parents were both retired and my mother was on disability benifit from a hospital cock up, There was a grant available for the funeral so it cost us nothing at all. |

yeah, except he didnt die locally, could hardly sit him in a TX2 off the rank and get him back could we, the coop charged about £5 a mile, a stretch limo woulda been cheaper than thier chilled van, i just hope they didnt send him in a scania fridge truck collect, coffin, ship here, £1500 nearly gave ME a heart attack as for ebay i am doing that too |
