heard a radio advert for this "new" service on Real Radio (Scotland) earlier. You can hear it on the About page of their website -

all very good, except I tried my home postcode. I got 3 options
option 1. in my home town, no text service, therefore no id photo to phone, not up to speed on email replies, (not my company*, but in same building, hence how I know).
option 2. not in my home town, been taken over by another company and renamed, no text service, but ring back available.
option 3. not in my home town. one man operation, off his mobile, so not 24 hrs, probably no email service either.
methinks they need a bit of work on their referrals, before going national on radio. good enough concept (as they all are), but sadly lacking.
BTW my company* isn't up to speed with their alleged service so I'll not be adding our number just yet.
*NB I'm part of a TOA, not a proprietor
