Very warmhearted condolences from me, mates, I am as disappointed as you are! And apologies from a Zurich cabbie, which I still am until end of December! I swear I will run that swine over mates, when I see him, you know who I mean! Two things kept England from achieving it´s righteous goal - first, the reports in the British media about bribing scandal and second, the bribing scandal itself. The games were up for sale, Russia and Quatar paid the most. The stadiums will rot in Russian winter and in Arab summer, right after the games are over, but those gangsters had their way, so, may they rot, too. In hell! |

Seriously though i am gutted and when you think that England (mugs) buy players from all over the world of Football, this is a massive Slap in the face to the country that stole football from us Scots
I think England should vikky the lot of them, they have done that to Scotland, N.Ireland and Wales for years ( Home internationals ect), buy British and Feck the lot of them i say
As a member of the country that taught the English and still doing so i really do wish English football aw the best
Before you say it, your being Auntie English!!! "I'm not AUNTIE (anti) English" "i've never been in touch with my feminine side",

Its "Eurovision" all over again we got TWO votes out of 22, but i bet the UK has to stump up more than anyone else when the begging bowl goes round |

Vladimir Putin ex KGB often photographed carrying with guns & promoting his action man image. And then there's David Cameron, ex Eton, Tory toff, often photographed with idiots, Boris Johnson & George Osborne while carrying Liberal Democrat sellout: Nick Clegg |

I think the BBC p*ssed the FIFA delegates off big style, this was FIFA's way of sticking two fingers up at us, which incidentally is the same number of votes we apparently got. As the Jock in the above post alluded to, perhaps the English should start insisting on English teams selecting predominantly English players.....thus improving the English national team. As for the home internationals.....they should never have stopped in the first place. CC |

How long before the next documetry accusing the rest of the delgate of corruption? It will be soon. I would guess that the next oportunity for England to host the world cup won't be until 2030 so that will give them 20 years to get over the alligations.

I hear Blatter is building a house on the Isle Of Man. |

What a lovely place to go for the world cup. Maybe England, if they qualify, will play there home game near Chernobyl. And how f***ing hot is it going to be in 2022.
