New or secondhand??? If new and you have the funds the skoda superb 170CR 4x4, no VAT until the end of the month and no vat on any extras from the catalog, or check auto trader for a nearly new one from the dealers. you can buy anything and not pay vat here only if you are not a UK national and the item is for permanent export, but there are conditions, like having documentation off HMTC |
