Has anyone noticed taxi insurance premiums have gone up a bit recently? Guess who pays in the long run for these monkeys offering "referral fees". Don't get me wrong, anyone that is injured or loses money because of someone elses bad driving should not suffer. But outfits making offers like this REALLY p**s me off. Parasites!

Having a non fault accident should not be viewed as a lottery win! Be aware that any taxi policy purchased almost certainly will have Legal Expenses insurance included as part of the deal and this will sort out a replacement plated vehicle for you. Speak to your insurance broker or company first BEFORE speaking to these profiteering money grabbers if you want to do your bit to bring premiums under control.

The word "Leeches" also comes to mind. Had a look at Google Street View for their address and couldn't make up my mind if they work out of the kebab shop or nail salon.

Probably neither. It'll be an accomodation address.
He probably works from home.

dont start me

our lad passed his test last april age 17

his 1st car cost £900 and the insurance cost him (me) £2030!

(TPFT, no instalments available)

he consoled himself with a renewal forecast of £1400 with 1 years NCB

hes just checked again

£1600! and £200 for instalments = £1800

i dont give a toss about shielas wheels/womens discounts, are the insurers intent on promoting the young driver to ride about with no insurance?
