I have to say that the treatment that Adrian Lewis received by a minority of the Scottish fans in Glasgow tonight was atrocious. As a Scotsman I was embarrassed watching this match, Gary Anderson looked like he could not wait to get off the stage quick enough. Some people have went too far this time and I dont think we have heard the end of this by any means, could put this venue in jeopardy for any future Premier League games from now on.
This is a great game of which real darts supporters applaud great darts whoever the player, be it English, Dutch, Mongolian or Martian and to have mindless, druken morons spoil this for decent supporters is a real shame... Apologies to Adrian Lewis and all English Darts supporters from an ashamed Scotsman

Morons throwing Beer and Pound coins at Adrian Lewis, continually booed every dart the guy threw but hey Adrian did not buckle and he beat Anderson 8-3, you could see that this behaviour from these morons did affect Andersons game though.
Normally there are interviews with the players after the game but Sky ended the programe with no interviews just condemnation of the morons by the commentators. Be interesting to see what follows this, get the Sun this morning as Anderson writes the Darts section.
