In an area where there's no night life at all, 3 pubs only 1 worth going in and thats pushing it, no main Bus Station, no Train Station, only one major high steet shop, no Next, BHS, Burtons or anything like that. Come 11pm of a weekend night the town shuts down because of the lack of night life. How much would you charge rent wise for the above? Fares are £2.58 for the first mile then £1.60 per mile after that, tariff 2 is £2.85 and £1.70 a mile after that. |

Depends if it's shift or 24/7. If it's shift I then it might be best to split the meter. Other than that £150-200 a week. |

It would depend if I was the renter or the rentee. |

I Think Id be tempted to go PH and buy a reasonably priced car, get a PH licence and work away for myself after sticking flyers through every letter box in the area...doesnt sound like the area merits anyone Hackneyed.. |

sounds like theres a need for transport but i bet most of the work is BACK to the area after theyve had a bus to the shops+nightlife i wont do "return only" unless pre-paid, if they can GET there, they can get back, especially at 3am when i dont know them and theyve been on the lash all night.................... |

i wont do "return only" unless pre-paid, if they can GET there, they can get back, especially at 3am when i dont know them and theyve been on the lash all night.................... Its getting that way here to..Return only runs at the weekends, most of it down to the Local bus Company placing a strategically timed bus that goes to to the 2 local towns with night clubs...but the buses are never there to pick up the Flotsome and Jetsome that literally spews out of the Clubs at 3 am....And im not going to stay up til 3Am on the chance that they just might need Transport home, unless that is they use me both ways and pay both journeys on the outward leg...Ive been stung to many times before. |

In Brum one '08 plated cab was being rented out on a 24/7/365 basis for £150 a week, until the driver found a cheaper one. So the owner gave the cab back to the finance company and the plate back to the council. That was only two or three weeks ago!!! |

In my manor 24/7/365 is roughly £500 a week.

What hoops do I have to jump through? |
