just a question I was wondering about I heard that london cab drivers do not recieve tax credit an income support an I was told that any hackney owner is no allowed to recieve it aswell is it true as I need to know.

If your the sole bread winner and your married with a family, and you work 16 hours or more you can claim tax credits
If you work 30 hours or more you get extra
To claim you will need either 6 weeks pay slips or verified accounts
If google tax credits there is a page where you can enter your details to find out if your eligible

The taxi I drive my boss is now selling an the guy interested was just asking if he buys on his name will he still be able to recieve tax credit,
Now another problem is that if my boss sells I will be out of a job so I'm thinking of driving a hackney down milton keynes anyone know how the business is there
